Your privacy is critically important to us. At Mentor International we have a few basic principles: 

We don't ask you for personal information unless we truly need it for specified, explicit and legitimate purpose. 

We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law or protect our rights. The collected data is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner (in relation with the purpose). We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services, and for no longer than is necessary (for the purposes for which the data are processed). 

Within our organisation, we do not share your details to the public or make visible to search engines. We also put restrictions on what can be seen by our staff so that information is kept private and only seen by those that need to see it.

Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information


Certain visitors to our websites choose to interact with us in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. When filling out the contact us contact form, users are asked to provide their name, email address, telephone number and nearest office location. In each case, Mentor International collects such information for the purpose of the visitor's interaction with Mentor International. We do not disclose personally-identifying information.

We use an SSL certificate to encrypt all data on our website, which means that all data sent via the submitted form is only visible to Mentor International. This helps to protect online users against hackers, who try to steal users' information.

Mentor International acknowledges that all individuals have the right to access the personal information/data that we maintain about them. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, should direct their query to info@mentor.ac

If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed one week.


Protection of Certain Personally-Identifying Information


Mentor International discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organisations that (a) need to know that information in order to process it on Mentor International behalf or to provide services available at Mentor International's websites, and (b) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.

Mentor International will only disclose potentially personally-identifying only when required to do so by law, or when Mentor International believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Mentor International, third parties or the public at large.

If Mentor International holds personally-identifying information Mentor International may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new services, get your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what's going on with Mentor International. We expect to keep this type of email to a minimum.

Mentor International takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.

We also may be required to disclose an individual's personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

Mentor International have always and will always have adequate database backups in place, should the situation arise where data is lost of corrupt. Multiple backups are kept in a safe and secure location and only accessible by senior IT staff. The backups are only kept for a maximum of 5 weeks and are then deleted, thus adhering to Art. 17 of the GDPR (the right to be forgotten).


Privacy Policy Changes


Although most changes are likely to be minor, Mentor International may change its Privacy Policy from time to time, and at Mentor International's sole discretion. Mentor International will notify clients by email when making changes.
