Godolphin School, one of the oldest girls’ boarding schools in England, founded in 1726 by Lady Elizabeth Godolphin, is situated in the cathedral city of Salisbury. The school, which educates girls from 3 – 18 across three separate yet inter-linked sites, is located an hour and a half from London by train and less than an hour and a half by road from both Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

The school is located on a hill to the east of the city of Salisbury with lovely views of the cathedral and the world-famous spire. It is an easy 10 minute walk in to Salisbury and the school enjoys the benefits of being in a city location with a countryside atmosphere.

There are direct rail links to London Waterloo (1½ hours), Bath and Southampton and the school is within comfortable driving distance of the two major airports – London Heathrow and Gatwick.
