Mentor International, a leading overseas
educational consultancy, hosted a seminar titled “The IB
Diploma or A levels? Which is your ideal path way to Oxford,
Harvard or ano th er top university?” The event took place
at the Four Seasons Hotel in Bangkok. Mr Anthony Pinchin
and Mr Denry Machin were the guest speakers and shared th
eir knowledge and experience wi th parents and students.
After the Seminar families had the opportunity to attend
the UK High Schools Fair which took place in the Monthatip
Room 4 from 2.30 – 5 pm. Parents and students met representatives
from top British schools and colleges including Badminton
School, Brighton College, Cambridge Education Group, Cobham
Hall School, Ellesmere College, Lancing College, International
College, Sherborne School, Royal Russell School, Strathallan
School and Taunton School.
Parents and students can find out about full time boarding
at th ose schools as well as a range of summer programmes.
Heads and Representatives from these British boarding schools
and colleges advised them to choose the institution that
is right for their children.
